Product composition
- Inorganic zinc silicate paint is composed of alkyl silicate ester, ultra-fine zinc powder, anti-rust pigment filler, additives, polymer compounds, plasticizer and additives, curing agent and other supporting components of zinc silicate paint.

Transport Storage

Painting construction
- After opening the bucket of component A, it must be stirred evenly, and then pour group B into component A according to the ratio requirement under stirring, fully mixed and evenly, let it stand, after curing for 30min, add appropriate diluent, and adjust to the construction viscosity.
- Diluent: inorganic zinc silicate series special diluent
- Airless spraying: dilution is 0-5% (based on paint weight ratio), nozzle diameter is 0.4mm-0.5mm, spray pressure is 20MPa-25MPa(200kg/cm2-250kg/cm2)
- Air spraying: dilution amount is 10-15% (by paint weight ratio), nozzle diameter is 1.5mm-2.0mm, spray pressure is 0.3MPa-0.4MPa(3kg/cm2-4kg/cm2)
- Roller coating: dilution amount is 5-10% (by paint weight ratio)
