By special cement, selected aggregates, fillers and a variety of additives, and water mixing with mobility or slightly auxiliary paving spread can flow levelling of the ground with materials. Suitable for fine levelling of concrete floor and all paving materials, widely used in civil and commercial buildings.

Dosage and water addition
Consumption: 1.5kg/mm thickness per square. The amount of water added is 6~6.25kg per bag, accounting for 24~25% of the weight of dry mortar.
Construction guide
1. Construction conditions
The working area is allowed to be slightly ventilated, but doors and windows should be closed to avoid excessive ventilation during and after construction. The indoor and ground temperatures should be controlled at ＋10~＋25℃ during construction and one week after construction. The relative humidity of the concrete on the ground should be less than 95%, and the relative humidity of the air in the working environment should be less than 70%.
2. Grass-roots level and substrate treatment
Self-levelling is suitable for the surface of concrete base, the surface pull-out strength of grass-roots concrete should be greater than 1.5Mpa.
Preparation of grass-roots level: Remove dust, loose concrete surface, grease, cement glue, carpet glue and impurities that may affect bonding strength from the grass-roots level. The holes on the foundation should be filled, the floor drain should be plugged or blocked with a stopper, and the special unevenness can be filled with mortar or smoothed with a grinder.
3. Paint the interface agent
The function of the interface agent is to improve the bonding ability of self-levelling and grass-roots level, to prevent bubbles, to prevent self-levelling from curing before moisture penetration into the grass-roots level.
4. Mixing
25kg of self-levelling material plus 6~6.25kg of water (24~25% of the weight of the dry mixing material), stir with a forced mixer for 2~5 minutes. Add too much water will affect the consistency of self-levelling, reduce self-levelling strength, should not increase the amount of water!
5. Construction
After mixing the self-levelling, pour it on the ground at one time, the mortar will level by itself, and can be assisted by toothed scraper for levelling, and then eliminate the air bubbles with defoaming roller to form a high levelling floor. The levelling work can not exist intermittently, until the whole ground to be levelled are levelled. Large area construction, can use self-levelling mixing and pumping machinery construction, construction of the width of the working surface is determined by the working capacity of the pump and the thickness, in general, the construction of the working surface width of not more than 10 ~ 12 metres.
