Construction process
- Plain ground treatment: sanding clean, the base surface requires dry, flat, no hollow drum, no serious sanding;
- Anti-static primer: double component according to the specified amount of proportioning stir (electrical rotation 2-3 minutes), with roller coating or scraping construction;
- Anti-static medium paint with mortar: double-component according to the specified amount of proportioning plus quartz sand stirred (electrical rotation for 2-3 minutes), with scraper construction;
- Pave copper wire or copper foil according to the design requirements and fill the groove with conductive putty scraping.
- Anti-static paint putty: two-component according to the specified amount of proportioning stir (electrical rotation for 2-3 minutes), with a scraper construction;
- Top coat: the anti-static self-levelling colouring agent and curing agent according to the specified amount of proportioning stir (electrical rotation 2-3 minutes), with spraying or scraping blade construction with teeth
