In the actual use process, the proportion of paint and curing agent should be in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer, and the special diluent used, the commonly used brushing method is gas spraying, airless spraying, brush coating, etc., according to the shape of the steel structure, area and other reasonable selection, the thickness of the paint film brushing should be controlled at 70-80μm to achieve better anti-corrosion effect.

When carrying out the work of this coating system, we should ensure that after the completion of the primer coating, the intermediate paint is painted after an interval of 24 hours. The intermediate paint not only has excellent adhesion, anti-corrosion, shielding and thick coating, but also improves the overall thickness of the paint film and enhances the anti-corrosion effect. The film thickness can be sprayed to 100-150μm to achieve the specified film thickness.
After the intermediate paint is finished, the acrylic polyurethane topcoat is applied at an interval of 24 hours. The topcoat is a high-performance anticorrosive paint with high weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, strong film and good decoration. Through the protection of the top paint layer, the bottom epoxy coating is avoided by ultraviolet radiation and powder, and provides strong protection and decoration.
