Product Description
Epoxy coal tar paint primer and top paint are made of epoxy resin and coal asphalt as the main film forming material, adding a variety of anti-rust pigments, insulating fillers, toughening agents, leveling agents, diluents, anti-settling agents, etc. Component B is modified amine curing agent or curing agent as the main material, adding makeup filler.
Main features

Interpenetration network anticorrosion layer. By modifying traditional Epoxy coal tar paint with excellent anticorrosive properties, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber was cured to form an interpenetrating network anticorrosive coating between epoxy resin chain and rubber chain. It has low water absorption, good water resistance, strong microbial erosion resistance and high permeability resistance.

Excellent anti-corrosion comprehensive performance. Due to the use of excellent anticorrosive properties of rubber modification, the coating's physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties, wear resistance, stray current resistance, heat resistance, temperature resistance and other properties are better.

Preparation method
Stir the paint thoroughly until there is no sediment at the bottom of the bucket, and add special curing agent according to the paint: curing agent 10:1(weight ratio) under the stirred state and stir evenly. The prepared paint is placed for 10 to 15 minutes before use.
Surface treatment requirements
Steel structure, substrate treatment requirements to reach the rust removal standard Sa2.5, or manual rust removal; Chemical rust removal can also be used, requiring no oil, no rust, no foreign matter, dry and clean, the surface of the steel matrix after rust removal must be coated with primer within 4 hours.
